Lemme take a stab at this little brother. Austria, America, Philipenes, 9mm, 40S&W,45ACP, yes? I'm very fond of Glock and Rock Island, and Smith and Wesson as a company, but I'll admit, aside from how the weapon works, I know very little about the M&P... It is a nice shot though! :)

Well the M&P is a pretty impressive pistol. Not to mention it's because of this pistol that S&W beat out FN Herstal in a pistol contract with the Austrian Police, you can imagine FN was pretty pissed off about that. The way my friend and others have put it. Is that it's a good Glock Alternative. It's a polymer striker fired pistol like the Glocks. But it's grip is angled more to be like a more traditional pistol like a 1911. Also it runs it's own type of trigger safety. You might not be able to tell right off the bat but yeah it's got a unique trigger.
